- This book is usually dispatched three days after it has been ordered, provided that you sent us the personalisation required.
- Your text will be printed at your standards. We'll ask for further clarification, if we cannot print any special characters in your messages.
- We send a preview of your product before processing your order. Please answer to our email. Please check your spam/junk folder as well.
- Any delays from your end in providing relevant personalisation info will further delay the dispatch of this item.
However, in case we do not receive your reply in 5(five) working days, we send the order to production with your default options.

The product you order, once personalised, is yours to keep or to give as a gift to your beloved ones.
These items cannot be re-sold, and therefore we regret that we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.
This is in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations, personalised/bespoke/made-to-order,
items can not be cancelled or refunded once ordered.
Please double check your personalisation as it appears on the product according to your specs.
We will communicate with you and we'll ask for updates before the printing proces, so you should get your final product at the standards you require.
We'll replace the products damaged by the carrier during the transit to your location.
We ensure you do NOT receive the item with manufacturers defect, wrong item or an error on personalisation you send to us.
